The oral presentations will be held according to session during Tuesday to Friday. The poster sessions are held Tuesday afternoon and Thursday afternoon. Please read the detailed schedule (found under Programme at the BSSC webpage) to find out the date and time for your presentation.
Oral presentations
The oral presentations at BSSC2019 are 10 minutes long, followed by 5 minutes of questions and discussion, including change of presenter.
Preferably use the standard 16:9 aspect ratio for the presentation. However, if you prefer some other aspect ratio, that will also be fully possible to display. Let us know by email (to bssc2019@su.se) if your presentation will contain audio, video etc., so that we can prepare the lecture hall in order to display the presentation properly.
Please upload your presentation at latest 15 August, following the instructions below. If your presentation arrives later, we will not be able to test it properly in beforehand.
Kindly include your surname in the file name, to make our sorting of the presentations easier. If you upload a new version of your presentation, please indicate this by including a version number. For example: Renstrom_2.pptx

Poster presentations
The poster boards are 1,5 m heigh and 1,2 m wide. You are expected to print and hang your own poster on the board marked with your posternumber on the right day (Tuesday or Thursday, 17.00-19.00).
Your number and day is found in the Programme and, in alphabethical order, on lists at the Registration Desk and in the Poster-hall on Floor 5.
Posters to the session on Tuesday can be hanged from Monday to Wednesday. Please, take them down before leaving for Congress dinner.
Posters to the session on Thursday can be hanged from Wednesday evening to Friday. Please, don´t forget to also take them down :)
Speedtalk opportunity
In both of the poster sessions we offer the poster presenters the opportunity to hold a 1 minute long speedtalk at the beginning of the session. Your poster will meanwhile be on display on a screen.
