The Stockholm University Library is one of the largest libraries in Sweden. We have millions of books. In Frescati Library, we have approximately ten combined kilometers of shelves covered in books and magazines, and there is considerably more in the closed stacks that takes up the two basements of the library. All our e-resources - e-books, e-journals and databases - can only be accessed through the library catalogue.

In the library introduction we’ll teach you smart ways to search and find your book(s).

We can help you study more efficiently in several ways:

  • Book a room for group study
  • Copy, print and scan
  • Find the article you are looking for among tens of thousands of e-journals and newspapers.
  • Get access to text, image, video and more in hundreds of databases.

If you can not attend our introductions in the library, the film above will give you an overview of the most important library functions.
