About me

Today I work as a project manager for digitisation, a teacher at the special-pedagogy institute. I am responsible and I have a big interest for the development of digitisation in different courses and programs at the institute. It is very interesting to develop a collegial cooperation with digitisation and the usage of digital resources that can support teaching as we develop a successful study environment.

What’s more interesting is to encounter all the lovely students and together discuss special-pedagogy.

From year 2016 to year 2019 I worked as a course leader, a teacher for newly arrived teachers and as a preschool teacher within fast-track education, at Stockholm’s University.

Except for that I have participated in different regional, national and international conferences. In addition, I have cooperated with different centres of learning that have focused on fast-track education, newly arrived teachers, questions about education and quality of education.

Before that I worked as a teacher, a preschool teacher and a mentor. I worked within Sundbyberg’s municipality in Stockholm (2009-2016) and I was also the leader and teacher for parents in International Child, Development Program within staff and parental-support projects.

The experience of multiculturalism within preschool, school and higher education institutions has given me a deep insight and competence when it comes to working with individuals from different cultural backgrounds. As a teacher for parents, I tutored many parents with foreign background in their role as parents in a new society.

The years 1995-2002 I worked as a teacher for high school, I was also the project manager / teacher in the municipal support group for students who need support.

Research

Since I have worked in the preschool, at the school and at a university as a project manager, course leader and teacher in special- pedagogy, pedagogical teacher, teacher while I have researched, I feel experienced and interested in contributing and researching in the support of development and teaching with focus on pedagogical leadership, special-pedagogy, the newly arrived, multiculturalism and digitisation. I have combined science with the experience in diversity and I have, as earlier mentioned, a big interest for these questions.
