About me

I am a doctoral student in urban and regional planning, and my thesis topic is Sustainable Urban and Regional Development and Related Ecosystem Services and Water-Climate Interactions. My research focuses and projects include modelling the various impacts of urban development scenarios, particularly on present and future greenhouse gas emissions; studying the role and potentials of nature-based solutions and ecosystem services in creating sustainable cities and regions; and working with planners and governing agencies to use make research outcomes useful for decision making in real-world planning and policy.
