The Presence of the Communist Party in Chinese Business and Its Impact on Swedish Companies

Since Xi Jinping came to power, clear ambitions have been put forward to link the Party with the business sector. The distinction between state-owned and private companies has become more blurred, and demands for Party presence in the private sector have been introduced or clarified. Hanna Carlsson holds a law degree and a master's degree in commercial law from Umeå University. She has clerkship experience at the Administrative Court in Stockholm.
