The course is an advanced course focusing on reinforcement learning, one of the main machine learning paradigms.
The course teaches how intelligent agents ought to take actions in an environment to maximise the notion of cumulative reward. The course begins with the basics of reinforcement learning and then introduces the different methods that are value-based, policy-based and model-based.
