Application of Graph Theory and Deep Learning to Brain Connectivity (1/3)

Workshop

Date: Thursday 27 October 2022

Time: 09.00 – 17.00

Location: SUBIC, Svante Arrhenius väg 16A

At this workshop we will introduce you to novel brain connectivity tools based on graph theory, dynamic connectivity and deep learning and show you how you can use them to extract more information from your structural MRI (T1-weighted or DWI), functional MRI (resting-state or task-based) and PET data.

This workshop is held at Stockholm University Brain Imaging Center (SUBIC).
