Start of the Autumn Semester 2024
A warm welcome to the autumn semester 2024. Have you been admitted to one of our courses this autumn? Great! Please take your time to read the information below to get a successful start.
Registration for courses
Registration for our courses is open between 5-13 August 2024 (please note that registration is open longer for some courses, please visit student.ladok.se to see how long the online registration is open for your course). Make sure to register on time to keep your place. If you fail to register on time, you will automatically forfeit your place to another applicant on the reserve list. Registration is made online at student.ladok.se

If you for some reason are unable to complete the online registration, please contact expedition.romklass@su.se as soon as possible, but before the online registration closes at the latest.
Admitted with conditions
If you have been conditionally admitted to a course, you need to fulfill the requirements in order to register and begin your studies.
Please note that you will not be able to register online if you have been conditionally admitted. If you believe that you fulfill the eligibility criteria for the course to which you have been admitted, please contact us as soon as possible or at the latest by the last day of registration at expedition.romklass@su.se
Reserve list
Students on the reserve list will be contacted via email if we can offer you a place after the regular registration period has been closed. If offered a place, you will normally need to respond and accept your place within 24 hours. Check your email and junk mail on a daily basis to make sure you do not miss your place.

Athena – Learning and collaboration platform
After completing registration, you should log into our learning platform Athena. That is where your instructor will provide you with information about the course.
Athena can be accessed via https://athena.itslearning.com/
Groups
Some of our courses are divided into groups. This means that you as a student must choose which group you want to belong to during the semester. More information about group selection can be found on the course's Athena page.
Targeted study support
Do you have a long-term disability? Then you can contact Stockholm University's Disability Services for support and guidance in connection with your studies.
