The project that receives funding is called “G-Versity” and addresses social-psychological and organizational-psychological aspects of equality and diversity throughout life and in various European societies. Research leader is Sabine Sczesny at the University of Bern, Switzerland. Marie Gustafsson Sendén is a responsible researcher at Stockholm University.
The research group will recruit doctoral students to carry out the research from 2021 to 2025. Marie Gustafsson Sendén’s work in the project will focus on organizations’ interventions on gender equality and diversity.  
The project is awarded a total of 4 108 234 € and includes nine partners from eight countries.
