CRiceS - Climate Relevant interactions and feedbacks: the key role of sea ice and Snow in the polar and global climate system
Vi undersöker hur förändringar i aerosolemissioner påverkar allmän cirkulation (i hav och atmosfär) och därmed också nederbördsmönster.
Eftersom aerosolpartiklar har en relativt kort uppehållstid i atmosfären så ger de en ojämn strålningsdrivning i tid och rum – vilket kan påverka cirkulation och nederbörd annorlunda jämfört med långlivade växthusgaser.
