I am a biologist and bioinformatician working on evolutionary genomics, with particular interest on the adaptation mechanisms of organisms to selective pressures. My previous projects were mostly on insects, by exploring the genomic adaptations to insecticide exposure. During my PhD, I therefore studied the resistance mechanisms in the nightmarish bed bug, Cimex lectularius, using large-scale genomics data, but also molecular biology.

My postdoctoral project at Stelkens lab aim to explore the genomics of thermal adaptation in Saccharomyces yeasts.
