As the diploma is created on the basis of the Ladok data, it is important for you to check that all information is correct before submitting your doctoral degree application. If the information is not correct, additions or corrections must be made at the department that reported the result.

• All courses names in a language other than English must have an English translation.
• When the coursework of your doctoral studies is completed, "All courses completed for licentiate/doctoral degree" must be reported and dated. The date should always be the same date as the last examined course.
• When the public defence/licentiate seminar is successfully completed, the result must also be reported in Ladok. It is also obligatory to provide an English translation of the thesis title.
