Participating Rights in international Environmental Law
Center for International Law Studies in Cooperation with Stockholm Environmental Law and Policy Centre Seminar on Participating Rights in international Environmental Law. The seminar took place in Teheran and Dubai on april 11-13, 2019.
Since early 1990s, international law has been increasingly engaged with public access to information, public participation in decision-making and access to justice in environmental matters.
