In 2025 Ana Rodríguez González defended her doctoral thesis From Morphology to Syntax. A Diachronic Study of the Swedish Possessive, with Special Focus on the Impact of Variation and Ambiguity.
In 2025 Lova Meister defended her doctoral thesis Style in Subtitles: A Dialogical Approach to Characterisation in Subtitled Film and Television Drama.
On October 9 the reading group of Speculative Fiction within the open seminar series of the Master's Programme in Environmental Humanities will have it's second meeting of fall semester 2025. It is lead by professor Andrew Jones, Department of Archaeology and Classical studies and Elisa Viteri Márquez, PhD student at the Department of Asian and Middle Eastern Studies.
