Papers
We invite papers (20 mins+ 10 mins discussion) based on empirical data and theoretical and/or methodological contributions alike, and encourage papers that represent interdisciplinary perspectives on issues of languages, nations and contexts. We welcome contributions from a broad range of sociolinguistic perspectives on pluricentric languages, including, but not limited to, the following:
- Interactional perspectives (e.g. conversation analysis, interactional linguistics, interactional sociolinguistics, multimodal interaction analysis)
- Intercultural and/or cross-cultural communication
- Language attitudes
- Language policy and planning
- Linguistic justice, ownership and responsibilities
- Non-dominant varieties of pluricentric languages
- Variational pragmatics
