Service Centres

Welcome to the Service Centre! Whether you are a staff member, student or visitor, this is where you can get help with facilities, services and security. We are located on the Albano and Frescati campuses.

Servicecenter Frescati

At the Service Centre, you can get help with

  • general information about premises and their locations
  • booking rooms, book tables and exhibition areas
  • reporting faults in public and teaching facilities
  • lost property
  • issuing and returning access cards
  • collecting and returning keys (available only at the Frescati Service Centre).
 

Opening hours

Regular opening hours

Applies to both Albano and Frescati.

  • Monday–Wednesday: 08:00–16:00
  • Thursday: 08:00–15:00
  • Friday: 08:00–16:00

The Service Centres are closed on public holidays.
Please note that opening hours may change at short notice in the event of unplanned staff absence. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Exceptions to regular hours

  • Thursday 3 April: Service Centre Albano opens at 09:30. Service Centre Frescati opens at 10:00.
  • Thursday 17 April–Monday 21 April: closed
  • Tuesday 22 April: open 13:00–16:00
  • Wednesday 30 April: open 08:00–12:00
  • Thursday 1 May–Friday 2 May: closed
  • Thursday 29 May–Friday 30 May: closed
  • Friday 6 June: closed
  • Friday 20 June: closed

Service Centre Albano: Albano, building 2, floor 4 (Albanovägen 18)

Service Centre Frescati: Södra huset, building D, floor 4 (next to the Universitetsbiblioteket)
