Elevhemmet
Elevhemmet is located in Frescati Hage in the Royal National City Park, a beautiful and tranquil area near Lake Brunnsviken, rich in nature and academic history. It is a ten-minute walk to both Campus Frescati and Campus Albano. The facility consists of four separate apartments, each with private bedrooms that share bathrooms and a kitchen. The rooms are rented to international researchers and PhD students.
Elevhemmet is a facility with four apartments, each featuring six bedrooms with 140 cm beds, two of which have double beds (160 cm) and one which is possible to share with a partner. Each apartment also includes a shared kitchen and two shared bathrooms, one equipped with a washer and dryer. The apartments also have a lounge/sitting area. The 24 accommodations are available for rent, ranging from SEK 7,600 to 8,200 per month. The building has been newly renovated and offers modern living spaces.

All rooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. Please note that you need to bring or purchase your own quilt, pillow, sheets, towels and cleaning supplies.

Kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven and microwave, dinnerware and cooking utensils.
Location
A ten-minute walk to Stockholm University Campus Frescati, Campus Albano, and subway station Universitetet. A five-minute ride with the subways red line to the city center.
Internet
Wireless access through Eduroam network.
Laundry
A washing machine and dryer are located in the large bathroom on the second floor of each apartment.
Parking
General information about parking: staff parking and Aimopark. Bikes may be parked in designated area.
Postbox
Four postboxes are located at the entrance tagged with apartment numbers and with tenant’s name.
Recycling
Recycling facilities are found outside the building.
