Winter blues - what is it and what can you do about it?

Many international students in Sweden experience the winter blues. This lecture explains what causes this seasonal phenomenon and what you can do about it.

Sweden is dark and cold in the winter. It´s common to feel tired or even unhappy. If you are new to this, it can be unfamiliar and hard to cope with, especially while also trying to adjust to a new cultural context.  

This lecture will explore what is called "winter blues" and how to cope with it. It will also give information about Stockholm Student Health Services and the Swedish healthcare system.
