Emy Lindberg succesfully defended her thesis Dream Machine: an Ethnography of Football Migration between Ghana and Sweden on 19 Jan 2024. Apart from migration, her research explores themes such as dreams, transnational family structures, the political economy of the global football industry, masculinities, race, and time.
