About me

My research focuses on procedural law and particularly on commercial disputes.

In my project, I examine the division of roles and the communication between the parties and the judge in matters concerning the application of law. From a general perspective, my research is about how the right to a fair hearing under Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights and Article 47 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union affect Swedish commercial litigation. 

Between the years 2000 and 2023, I was a member of the Swedish Bar Association (advokat) specialising in commercial disputes and arbitration. Since the autumn of 2023, I am a full-time doctoral candidate. I am part of the Stockholm Centre for Commercial Law.
