About me

I am a doctoral candidate in the Department of Human Geography at Stockholm University, where I am part of the Urban Africa research group. My research interests lie at the intersection of technology studies, development studies, and human geography, with a primary focus on mega infrastructures, technology and innovations, as well as transport and mobility. In my current project, I focus on the intricate relatioship between technical systems and society. My aim is to unravel the ways in which mega transport infrastructures shape urban development, societal dynamics, and economic landscapes in the South while assessing their sustainability dimensions, with a keen interest in issues of social equity, accessibility, and inclusive urban development
