About me
Jinci Liu is a Graduate Student at IIES. She finished her Master by Research program in Economics at the National University of Singapore. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Research
Jinci Liu’s main research fields are labor and personnel economics. Her works focus on understanding teams, skill complementarity, and workers' productivity. She is also interested in using structural modelling to perform ex-ante and ex-post policy evaluations.
