Melika holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tehran Polytechnic and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Operations Management at Stockholm Business School. Her research focuses on optimization and data analytics, particularly within the retail industry. She employs advanced analytical techniques to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making in supply chain management. Drawing from her background in operations management, Melika aims to develop innovative solutions that optimize retail operations and improve customer experiences.
