Teaching activities

Throughout the years I have taught private international law, EU law and competition law - as of late mainly private international law.

Presently I teach private international law at the bachelor's level and on the advanced courses Family Law Across Borders and Internationell förmögenhetsrätt [the private international law of obligations] at the advanced level. I am course director for the latter.

Research

My research spans over the entire field of private international law with some minor excursions into constitutional EU law. After defending my dissertation in 2000 my research has been characterised by my work representing Sweden in negotiations in the EU and the Hague Conference for Private International Law. My focus has been on the analysis and evaluation of the legal acts I participated in negotiating.
