About me

In 2015 I earned my Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies. During my university years I investigated and analyzed scholastic theology of major Islamic schools and the paradox of free will, and defended a bachelor's thesis titled 'Maturidi view on Free Will'.

In 2017 I got my first Master's degree in Public Relations, which gave me a background in several fields, such as strategic management, mass and political psychology, and speech culture.

In 2020 I received my second Master's degree in Mysticism. I have successfully defended a master's thesis on Hasanaat al-Aarifin ('The Virtues of the Gnostics'), an important work by Dara Shikoh, a 17th century Indian mystic, written in support of ecstatic utterance.

I have worked as an instructor-lecturer of Mysticism from January 2021 to June 2023.

My PhD research is on the political background of the death sentences issued due to ecstatic utterance. It focuses on the case of Anatolian-Turkic Sufis, especially Nasimi, a Sufi poet, who was executed in Aleppo in 1417.
