About me

Shakiba's research focuses on sustainability within online retail. She is working on initiatives to foster a higher willingness to pay for sustainability among customers using the brand value chain framework. 

She holds a Master of Research in Management Sciences from ESADE Business School as well as an MBA degree and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tehran. Before joining Stockholm Business School, she worked as a practitioner in marketing roles such as customer value management and customer segmentation.
