I received my Bachelor’s in Materials Technology from Ho Chi Minh University of Technology (HCMUT) in 2019. Then I continued my Master’s at the Korea Research Institute of Chemical Technology (KRICT), University of Science and Technology (UST) focusing on developing biomass-based, biodegradable, and compostable polymers. Now I am doing my PhD at Stockholm University under Assistant Prof. Mika Sipponen's supervision. My research interests are developing lignin-based functional materials.
Fundamental science and explorative applied research will be combined in the SUSLIG project to pave the way for new lignin-based materials. The produced material prototypes will be scalable and net positive to the environment, building on interdisciplinary materials chemistry and the principles of green chemistry and engineering.
