PhD project about the fundamental rights of legal entities in Swedish constitutional law.
The dissertation examines the fundamental rights of legal entities in Swedish constitutional law, including chapter 2 of the Instrument of Government, European Convention on Human Rights and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.
