PhD Research Project about the right to compensation and liability for damages caused by processing of personal data.
The project is about liability and the right to compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing of personal data. The primary concern is how to interpret the rules on liability and right to compensation in the GDPR, and to what extent national tort law in the member states can be applied in this context.
