Research project Migrant workers access to labour law protection in Sweden

To answer the question of what access migrants have to labour and employment protection, the Swedish labour law model is examined in the light of relevant migration law rules. The purpose is to analyse whether and how the intended purpose(s) and expected function(s) of labour law are fulfilled in relation to migrants.
