Research project Organizational Culture Influence on Digital Transformation in Public Organizations

The aim of this PhD thesis project is to study digital transformation in public organizations. We focus on how organizational culture in public organizations is influencing digital transformation.

This research project will analyze the organizational culture types in public organizations that are critical to success of digital transformation in these organizations. Further on the research will identify the cultural values as a basis for designing a framework that supports a successfully digital transformation in public organizations.

The study of organizational culture influence on digital transformation in public organizations will contribute to the IT management and governance area as well as support managers from public organizations aiming to succeed in their digital transformation journey. The results of the project intend to contribute with new knowledge to both research and practice in the subject area.

This is Ryan Adhitya Nugraha’s PhD thesis project. Lazar Rusu is the supervisor, and Erik Perjons is the co-supervisor.
