Research project Swedish ESPAnet

The purpose of this network is to encourage exchange and collaboration between senior and junior scholars, as well as PhD students. We achieve this by organizing at least one yearly seminar where network members can meet and discuss research and results.

This project concerns financial support for the successful continuation of the cross-disciplinary Swedish network for research on social policy and welfare. The network also constitutes the Swedish node of the European Social Policy Analysis Network (ESPAnet). The network is organized as a collaboration between the Swedish Institute for Social Research at Stockholm University, the Institute for Futures Studies in Stockholm, the Department of History at Stockholm University, the Centre for Health Equity Studies in the Department of Public Health Science at Stockholm University, the Department of Criminology at Stockholm University, the Department of Sociology at the University of Gothenburg, the Department of Sociology at the University of Lund, the Department of Sociology at Stockholm University, the Department of Sociology at Umeå University, the Department of Government at Uppsala University, the Department of Social Work at Umeå University, and the Aging Research Centre at Karolinska institutet.
