Research project The importance of developing, support and control practices for good working conditions
Research om metapractices in Swedish Schools.
The aim of the project is to synthetize earlier research on how development, support, control and administrative practices as well as managerial practices can foster or constrain good working conditions for school personnel.
This work will be complemented and contrasted with what can be learns from a literature review of recent research publications in the field. During the project results will be presented for and discussed with an interdisciplinary group of researchers as well as for representatives for the schools in middle sized Swedish town.
The project will result in a research based monograph focusing how the organization of meta practices in schools can foster good working conditions.
