This project builds on the research project Staging Migration, which creates new knowledge on the potential of children's theater to stage an inclusive Sweden. The results point to the ways that theater creates meeting places for psychosocial identification, social analysis, and critical reflection that contribute to civil repair.

This thesis address young people´s friendship and peer relations in an upper secondary school in Sweden. More specific, the everyday life of how friendship boundaries are drawn, challenged and repaired, will be analyzed.

Computer gaming and educational outcomes among youth: how does gaming relate to achievement and school relevant behavior? Using a multidimensional perspective on education and unusually detailed measures of computer gaming, this project addresses mechanisms suggested by theories in the field.

Transport and mobility are intrinsic parts of people’s everyday life, but inhabitants in socially vulnerable areas make fewer trips per person and per week compared to the national average, make fewer leisure related trips including trips to relatives and friends, and carry out fewer trips by car.

The purpose is to contribute with an understanding of children's multisensory connection with social relationships, positions of power, materials, the camera's body and human bodies, movement and time.

The overall purpose of the dissertation project is to investigate the experiences of children who are in the Swedish asylum reception system for families with children.

The aim is to study identity and community-building among young people through representations of and discussions on themes such as racism, anti-racism and separatism through a netography of social media, and of conversations and discussions in other relevant places and forums for the study.
