World Trade Law

The course focuses on the laws, principles, trade plus aspects and jurisprudence of World Trade Law. Students will learn through a combination of seminars, class discussions and practice exercises. The approach employed will be practical (with real life examples), critical (with practical assessments) and contemporary (with recent developments).

    Teaching format

    Instruction is given in the form of lectures, group discussions and practical exercises. The language of instruction is English.

    Assessment

    The course is examined on the basis of active participation in the compulsory elements of the course and a home examination.
