Our summer course Sports Arbitration gives an overview of the resolution of sport-related disputes by arbitration.

After the course, students will be able to analyze and evaluate solutions to various problem scenarios in sports-related disputes using legal concepts.

    Teaching format

    Instruction comprises 2 weeks of full-time studies and consists of lectures and seminars.

    Assessment

    Examination is conducted through active attendance at all teaching and a written examination take-home exam.
