Group activities fall 2024
Every semester we offer groups and other activities in English. The aim is to help you take care of your well-being during your time as a student.
This fall our activities will adress topics such as stress and how to get started with meditation. Welcome to invest in your health with us!
Open group: Lunch break yoga online

Thursdays 26 September, 3, 10 October, 15.00-17.00, at KTH.
Group: Let's get started with mindfulness!
Wednesdays 6, 13, 20, 27 November, 4, 11 December, 12:30-13:15, at Studenthuset at Stockholm University.
Group at Albano: Increase your resilience to stres
Thursdays 7, 14 and 21 november, 15.00-17.00, at Campus Albano.
