Supervisor of degree project

As a supervisor, you are responsible for the theoretical and practical supervision throughout the course of the work. The tutorial aims for the student to be able to acquire in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge as well as the ability to work independently with a scientific problem.

In order to supervise degree projects, you must have defended your dissertation in a relevant subject. Doctoral students may assist in the daily work that the student does, but they cannot be supervisors.

Registration important

Before a student can start their degree project in your research group, you should ensure that the student has applied and been admitted to the course, for example by asking them to show an admission letter from University Admissions, if you are unsure, you can ask us. NOTE! This is important because they are not insured if they are not registered, and they can only register if they have been accepted.

Examiners

An examiner will be appointed to the project when the student is admitted.
